Simply fill out all the information on the next page. The online order form is only for those ordering by VISA or Master Card. COD orders will only be taken over the phone. We will also gladly accept your VISA or Master Card order on the phone as well. Through the online order form, we will only ship to the same address as the credit card is billed to. No exceptions. Credit cards will be checked through our address verification process. A reply may not be sent to confirm recieving your order unless requested.

The credit card you use must be your own, and cannot be anyone else's including a member of your family. It is unlawful and illegal to create fraudulent charges and transactions. If thy actions are taken place, Video Source will contact the appropriate authorities for further action. This is something you don't want to fool around with. The penalties can be quite severe.

Please make sure of what you're ordering as all sales are final. Once we recieve and ship your order, it is considered a sale. All orders must be recieved by 3:30 PM, Pacific Standard Time in order to go out the same day. Otherwise the order will go out the following business day.

Please include the appropriate shipping and handling charges as shown on the shipping chart. Please note that both game prices and shipping rates are subject to change. If there is a discrepency from what is on the page, we will verify the order with the amount before processing it. While the shipping prices are a guide, sometimes shipping rates are lower than listed, so we'll try and get you the lowest price possible.

You must fill in every box in order for your order to be valid.
